Vegan Apple Pie Overnight Oats 

I’m sharing another healthy recipe with you all today and this time it’s a breakfast dish! My mom made an apple pie a few weeks and it looked so amazing I literally could have eaten the whole thing. Luckily the one ounce of will power that I have in my body kicked in and I stopped myself from having some, but I have been craving apple pie since then! I decided to come up with a healthy recipe to satisfy my cravings and that’s when I thought of apple pie overnight oats. This is so incredibly simple to make and only takes a handfull of ingredients, plus it works as a dessert or breakfast! Here’s how you make it: 

Ingredients: 

  
1 cup Oats

1 cup Nut Mylk (I used almond)

Chia Seeds 

Cinnamon 

2 tbs Maple Syrup

1 finely diced apple 
Directions: 

   
    
  
 1. In a mason jar add oats, nut mylk, chia seeds and shake well to combine 

  
2. Mix apples with maple syrup and cook in the microwave for 2 mins. You can leave the apples raw but I wanted this to have the texture of apple pie so I cooked them in the microwave. 

  
3. Add apples and all of the syrup and juice that will be at the bottom of the bowl to the mason jar and shake to combine. Leave oats in the fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight to set up and enjoy!
